DMCA POLICY

Introduction

The Pizza Edition respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and partners to do the same. If you believe that material available on or through our website infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) notice to us.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To submit a proper DMCA takedown request, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request”, including all of the following details:

1. Your full name and contact information (email address, phone number, and mailing address).
2. A clear description or direct URL of the copyrighted material you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the specific content or page on The Pizza Edition where the material is located.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens After You Submit

Once a valid DMCA notice is received, we will promptly review it and, if necessary, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the user responsible for the content and provide them with a copy of your notice.

Please note that our review process may take 2–5 business days depending on the complexity of the request.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include your full name, address, phone number, a description of the material that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error, and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area. Send this to the same email address listed above.

Repeat Infringers

The Pizza Edition reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to users who repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
